As someone who has relocated every 3 - 4 years I have worked with many Realtors but was never faced with having to sell a home in a climate that has been re-defined by short sales and foreclosures. I consider myself very fortunate that Rick represented our family. He helped us through what was a very stressful time for my wife and children.
